Digital services reserve team capacity and often begin with discovery or production immediately after payment. Refund eligibility therefore depends on completed work and committed third-party costs.

Before work starts

A cancellation request received before work begins may be refunded after deducting non-refundable payment-processing or third-party charges.

After work starts

Completed work, approved milestones, purchased licences, media spend, voiceover, hosting and other committed external costs are not refundable. Any remaining unearned balance is reviewed against the written scope.

Custom offers

A signed or accepted custom offer may contain its own milestone and cancellation terms; those terms take precedence for that project.
